Caulk Exterior of Home
All joints between dissimilar materials on the exterior of a home need caulk. Since the biggest enemy to your home's structure is water, "A stitch in time saves nine..." has never been more appropriate.
At least once a year the caulking should be checked and if one area is showing cracking then you should check the entire house.
Re-caulking isn't difficult but it can be time consuming. Always be sure that your handyman is using the best quality 50 year caulk available.
